I am Poojitha Dayalan, the founder of Clay Beach Studio and a passionate artist specializing in ceramic and glass design. My artistic journey started with my schooling at Good Shepherd in Nungambakkam and further expanded as I graduated from the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. After gaining valuable experience working in various companies for four years, I decided to pursue my true calling.
My mission now is to promote the learning of clay and its therapeutic effects in Chennai. I firmly believe that art has the incredible power to bring purpose and meaning to our lives. To achieve this, I organize multiple hand-building clay workshops across the city, ensuring that they are accessible and affordable to everyone.
Through these workshops, I aim to inspire individuals to tap into their creativity and express themselves through clay. I create a nurturing and supportive environment where participants can explore their artistic abilities and experience the therapeutic benefits of working with clay. It is truly fulfilling for me to witness the joy and fulfillment that people find in their creations.
